Mike was knowledgeable about planning and use of space.  His experience was helpful in making decisions.  Mandy's help was invaluable in selections of materials and her knowledge and experience were a great help.  She took her time to help me make the selections I was happy with and she never made me feel rushed.  Installers were respectful, knowledgeable and overall were very good.

This was the second time we have used Bathrooms Plus.  This time around we had them install a safety tub.  This was no easy challenge because we live in a mobile home, but Mike and his crews seem to take control and make this happen WORRY free. The service was great, the men were easy to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was tested before they left.  Job well done!

The men that come in to my home were organized, great to work with, efficient and did a wonderful job.  I am a 93 year old man and really felt comfortable working with Bathrooms Plus.  They are very trustworthy and just a bunch of nice people to work with. Thought you might like a written report on the bathroom shower and bathroom vanity you installed on March 24th, 2006 (4 years and 7 monthes ago)  At first we were a little concerned about the cost of this bathroom remodeling and the up grade.  We finally decided to go ahead with the project.  As time goes by we realize we made a wonderful decision.  All of the shower, vanity sink and faucets were MADE IN AMERICA and carry a lifetime warranty.  In fact our whole bathroom was made in America. We have never had a problem with any of this equipment. Cleaning has been a dream, after taking a shower just wipe it down with terri towels and your finished.

We were very pleased in March 2006 and every day thereafter we are even more pleased with our Bathrooms Plus remodel job.

From our 1st exposure to Bathrooms Plus we were impressed. It all began at the 09' Peoria Home Show where we met Beth; she is an invaluable employee who basically sold us on Bathrooms Plus in our first meeting.  Her enthusiasm is infectious.  She invited us to come to the showroom to see other shower option, which we did. As we selected our shower, glass doors, vanity and top, medicine chest, light bar, ect. the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Then came Mike's in-home visit where measurements and final decisions were completed. He made this step easy and we felt confident with his suggestions. Then in came Dave and Chad for the demolition on (on the 10th) and the reconstruction (on the 14th) stages of our bathroom. They were always cheeful, pleasant to have around, and hard working in spite of the long, long hours on the job. In between those dates came Scott and his two helpers to plaster. They did a beautiful job! Today Nick and Don installed our tub/shower system and vanity.  The first thing they did was cover the hardwood floors, at this point I knew we were in good hands.  The installation went GREAT!  The guys were neat, friendly and cleaned what little mess there was.  I was suprised there was very little mess.  The installation was in one day as advertised.
